Hints of berries, both red and black; especially blackberries, stand out.
In the mouth it is soft, round and enveloping evoking the nose. It presents definite but at the same time velvety tannins.
Harvesting takes place in mid-September with careful selection of the bunches. The selected grapes are carefully placed in crates of 6kg each to allow them to dry briefly. This is followed by crushing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel for about 20 days. Refinement in cement tanks then takes place followed by bottling.
Further resting in the bottle follows.
