Descrizione
The nose shows good intensity and persistence, with notes of berries, herbaceous and spicy nuances such as clove and black pepper.
In the mouth it is balanced and dynamic for freshness and flavor supported by soft and elegant tannins.
Harvesting takes place in mid-September with careful selection of the bunches. The selected grapes are carefully placed in crates of 6kg each to allow them to dry briefly. This is followed by crushing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel for about 20 days. Then takes place an aging in tonneau followed by bottling. Further resting in the bottle follows.
