Made of 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on a hill that was once an underwater volcano.

This wine is perfect for conversation and as an aperitif.

Golden yellow with greenish reflections in color, it retains micro-oxygen particles while releasing aromas of ripe yellow plum.

Perfectly structured and very balanced.
